    Further to the announcement made on 3 December 2008, Griffin Group plc (the "Company") announces that completion of the proposals
contained in the admission document dated 30 October 2008 and admission of the enlarged group (which will be renamed Alexander David
Securities Group plc) will take place on 31 December 2008.
