GFHG Announces Listing Suspension

London, United Kingdom, September 1, 2023 - Grand Fortune High Grade Limited ("GFHG") today announced that the Financial Conduct Authority has granted GFHG's request for a suspension in the listing of the ordinary shares of GFHG. The request was made as GFHG was not able to complete the filing of its annual financial report prior to the filing deadline. GFHG expects to complete the annual financial report at the earliest opportunity and be in a position to file the report by no later than September 30, 2023.
