The total number of Units of Loan Stock in issue and being redeemed is 144,835 
Units. 
 
The Redemption Price is GBP227.9856 per 100 Loan Stock Units, of which the 
Capital Value is GBP226.9900 and accrued interest is GBP0.9956. 
 
Settlement of both the Capital Value of the redeemed Units and the accrued 
interest up to the Redemption Date is expected to be on 29 December 2009.
