Management Arrangements 
 
Further to the announcement on 6 September 2010 in relation to the Company's 
management arrangements, the Board of the Company announces that is it has 
appointed Cenkos Securities plc to assist the Board in conducting a strategic 
review of the Company's management arrangements which will include a beauty 
parade of management alternatives. 
 
As part of this review a small number of management groups, including Gartmore 
Investment Limited, have been invited to present proposals for the future 
management of the Company's assets to the Board. 
 
The Company expects to make a further announcement as to the outcome of this 
review by the end of September 2010.
