                     Further re GGT: betting platform launch

Further to the announcement of 13 February regarding the Companys new
Oddstrader product which is currently in trial, the Company is in discussions
with Betfair to resolve differences between the two parties over the description
and operation of the product. Betfair has alleged that the Company has breached
the terms of its API Software Vendor Licence in issuing statements outside the
terms of the licence.

Whilst discussions are ongoing Betfair has suspended permissioning of new
customers on the platform during the trial period.  Discussions with Betfair are
ongoing and the Company is hopeful of a swift resolution allowing new customers
to be accepted onto the platform for the remainder of the trial. The platform is
still fully operational for Betdaq users and the company also intends to add new
exchanges.
