                             Notification of Holding

The  Company  was informed by a letter dated 10 July 2006 that on  7  July  2006
Corvus  Capital Inc sold 5,566,668 ordinary shares of 0.25p ("Ordinary  Shares")
in  the  Company and now has a notifiable interest in 43,184,206 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 23.0 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
