The Company received notification yesterday pursuant to the FSA Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares in the
Company on 16 July 2007, Champel International Limited has an interest in
13,298,012 Ordinary Shares. This represents 7.03 per cent. of the issued share
capital of GGT



GGT confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital
comprises 189,266,093 Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each.  All of the Ordinary
Shares have equal voting rights, and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in
Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore
189,266,093.
