                  Appointment of Non-executive Deputy Chairman


The Greenhouse Fund Ltd., the AIM listed Jersey investment fund established to
create a diverse portfolio of sustainable environmental technologies, announces
the appointment of Brian Sheeran, as Non-executive Deputy Chairman of the
Company with immediate effect.

Mr Sheeran was instrumental in the establishment of Virotec International
Limited in 2000 and the subsequent creation of Hydrodec Group plc in 2004. Both
companies are active in the green technology sector.

Commenting on the appointment Nigel Wray, Non-Executive Chairman said: "I am
delighted to announce Brian's appointment as Deputy Chairman of Greenhouse.
Brian has been instrumental in the creation of a number of quoted green
technology companies and his experience in this sector will be invaluable in the
commercialisation of our portfolio of technologies."
