Further to the announcement made on 3 March, the Company has posted a circular,
including a notice of EGM, to its members today.  The EGM will be held on Friday
15 April at 8.30 a.m. at MWB, 18 Soho Square, London W1D 3QL and will be 
preceded at 8.15 a.m. by a class meeting of holders of Deferred Shares.
