Management arrangements 
 
The Board of Gartmore Fledgling Trust plc (the "Company") has been informed 
that Gervais Williams, co-manager of the Company, has resigned and will be 
leaving Gartmore by the end of September 2010. 
 
The Company's portfolio will continue to be managed by Harmesh Suniara, 
co-manager of the Company, and will be supported by the UK Smaller Company 
Team. The Board thanks Gervais Williams for his contribution in co-managing the 
portfolio since 2001 and wishes him success in the future.
