In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4), Gartmore Fledgling Trust plc (the 
Company) announces that it is satisfied that all inside information (as defined 
in section 118C of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) which the 
Directors and the Company may have to 28 February 2011 has previously been 
notified to a Regulated Information Service and, therefore, the dealings 
referred to in LR 15.5.1(3) are permitted. Should the Directors or the Company 
come into possession of inside information before the half-year results are 
announced this will be notified to a RIS before any such dealings are 
transacted.
