The Company hereby gives notification that its name has been changed from 
Gartmore Fledgling Trust plc to Henderson Fledgling Trust plc. 
 
The change of name took effect at Companies House on 1 June 2011. The new 
dealing code, with effect from 3 June 2011, is `HFT'. The website address 
becomes `www.hendersonfledglingtrust.com'. 
 
As stated in the Company's Report for the six months ended 28 February 2011, 
the change of name reflects the change of management group, following the 
acquisition of Gartmore by Henderson Global Investors in April 2011.
