As at 20 December 2013, the Company's issued share capital consists of 125,000,000 Ordinary Share of no par value. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 125,000,000.

The above figure (125,000,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
