Directors Shareholding - Transfer of Shares 
 
 
The Company has today been informed that 540,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence 
each in the Company ("Shares") held by Daniel Harris, Chief Executive of the 
Company and his sister Allyson Kaye as Trustees of the 1987 John Harris 
Grandchildren's Settlement have been transferred into two family trusts. 
 
 
Mr Harris will continue to have a beneficial interest in 270,000 Shares 
following this transfer. 
 
 
As a result of this transfer, Mr Harris will have a beneficial interest of 
5,819,818 Shares and a non-beneficial interest in 900,000 Shares, a total of 
6,719,818 Shares being 13.11% of the current issued share capital of the 
Company.
