Trading Update

Harvard International plc ("Harvard", "the Company" or "the Group") distributes digital media products in the UK and a broad range of consumer electronic products in Australia

The Board of Harvard International plc announces that results for the current financial year ending 31(st) March 2011 are expected to be in line with current market forecasts.

Despite the difficult trading environment, the Group continues to invest in the business platform and remains on target to deliver an improved operating result in 2011/12.

The Board expects to announce the audited results for the year ending 31(st) March 2011 on 5(th) July 2011.
