Result of EGM 
 
 
Helesi (AIM: HLS), the Greece, Italy and UK based waste management products 
manufacturer and services supplier, announces that all resolutions in connection 
with the proposed placing by the Company of up to 12,347,550 Ordinary Shares at 
a price of EUR0.64 (GBP0.60) per ordinary shares of EUR0.10 each ("Ordinary 
Share") were duly passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held today. 
 
 
Admission of the 3,753,799 Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Second Placing 
is expected to take place by 19 June 2009. 
 
 
As previously announced, TECMEC AE has subscribed for a minimum additional 
2,972,550 Ordinary Shares in the Second Placing. TECMEC will now subscribe for 
3,753,799 Ordinary Shares representing an additional EUR 2,402,431. This takes 
TECMEC's combined total holding to 17.66 per cent. of the enlarged share 
capital. Together, TECMEC and Sakis Andrianopoulos ,along with his wife 
Christina Thanassoulia, both directors of the Company, own 50.18 per cent. of 
the enlarged share capital. Their participation in the Placing therefore 
constitutes a related party transaction pursuant to the AIM Rules as previously 
disclosed on 7 April 2009.
