Helesi PLC (AIM: HLS), the Greece and UK based manufacturer of plastic waste 
containers and provider of waste management services, announces that at its 
Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. 
 
 
The Company also announces that Frithjof Stoud Platou, 71, non-executive 
director of the Company, has retired from the Board with immediate effect.
