The Company received notification today that following the transfer of shares
from the estates of Mrs Joan Hay and Mrs Jacqueline Bewsher, the material
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company is as follows:

Clare Bewsher 747,161 5.07

Douglas Bewsher 746,511 5.07


The Company was also notified that the resultant interests of both Mrs Hay and
Mrs Bewsher in the ordinary issued share capital of the Company are nil.
