Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Hurlingham Plc ("Hurlingham"), is pleased to announce the appointment of David
James St Clair Low, aged 47, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with
effect from 15 December 2005.

David Low has over twenty years experience in fund management and management
consultancy.  He is a director of several companies involved in venture capital,
leisure and property development. He has been associated with a number of
corporate restructurings.

He brings a wealth of experience to Hurlingham, which the Board considers will
add greatly in the next stage of the Company's development.

Commenting on the appointment, Chairman Charles Llewellyn said:

"The Board considers that David Low's venture capital, restructuring and
investment experience will be of particular value in the Group's future
development. I therefore have pleasure in welcoming him to the Board and look
forward to working with him in the future."
