Annual General Meeting
Resolutions and Trading Statement

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, the Chairman updated
Shareholders on progress in a number of areas, referring to the new 
"flights-only" company and the hotel division in particular.

"Custom Flights Ltd started trading with an ATOL license to sell 10,000 seats.
In the 9 weeks since commencement of trading, the Company has taken bookings for
approximately 1,500 seats with a sales value of approximately #400,000.  The
Board is very satisfied with this performance, which has exceeded expectations,
and will shortly be discussing with the Civil Aviation Authority an increase in
our seats allocation".

Commenting on the hotel division, Maurice Taylor commented:  "Occupancy has
improved since the year-end to 76.5% as against 75.06% at the year-end.  We
expect that profits before interest and depreciation will again show an increase
in the current year to approximately #350,000 (2003 - #312,000).  We continue to
look for opportunities to expand this when opportunities arise".

At the meeting the Ordinary Resolutions were passed.  The Special Resolution
relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights to allow small issues of
shares for cash was defeated on a poll.
