Hornby plc, the international models and collectibles group, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the AGM today were duly passed.  All resolutions were decided on a poll.  Resolutions 1 to 12 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 13 to 15 were passed as special resolutions.
