Resignation of Nominated Adviser

Grant Thornton UK LLP has today resigned as Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect. In the event that an alternative Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month from today, then, in accordance with Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled."
