    Infinity Bio-Energy Ltd. (AIM: IBI.L) announces today that on 24 October 2008, the Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Martin Escobari
from the Board due to an obligation that he has assumed with his current employer of not taking up any board positions with a company not
connected to his current employer.
    The Board thanked Mr. Escobari for his contribution to the Company.
