                             DIRECTOR  SHAREHOLDING


The Company was notified on 20 January 2006 that Kevin Mills (Executive Director
of the Company), purchased 75,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at 4.22 pence
per share on 20 January 2006.



After this transaction, Kevin Mills holds 175,000 of the Company's ordinary
shares, representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
