                          Exercise of option agreement


As part of the fundraising undertaken by the Company in July 2006, three option
agreements were signed between Pacific Continental Securities (UK) Limited ("
Pacific Continental") and the Company. The Board of In Cup Plus announces that
on 2 April 2007 it exercised its right under the first of these option
agreements to put #200,000 of ordinary shares to Pacific Continental.



The Company will put 12,698,412 shares to Pacific Continental under the
agreement, at a price of 1.575 pence per share, raising a total of #200,000.
These shares represent 8.6 per cent. of the enlarged share capital of the
Company and are expected to commence trading on AIM on 24 April 2007. Following
admission, the Company will have 147,501,745 ordinary shares in issue.



The period of time used to calculate the subscription price of the ordinary
shares under the option agreements has been amended by the Company with Pacific
Continental's agreement. Instead of using the average bid price of the Company's
shares for the 21 calendar day period from the date of notice of exercise, it
has been agreed that the period will be reduced to 10 working days from the date
of notice of exercise with completion still taking place 21 calendar days
following such exercise.
