Headline: Interim Dividend 
 
The Directors have declared an interim dividend for the period beginning 1 
April 2010 of 1.3p per Ordinary Share payable on 3 September 2010 to Ordinary 
Shareholders on the register on 6 August 2010. The Directors will not be 
declaring a final dividend for the year ending 31 March 2010. 
 
If the outcome of the Company's proposal to reconstruct the Company results in 
the Company going into liquidation, then it is anticipated that there will be 
no further dividend payments.
