Notice of Annual General
Meeting
Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM:
IES) (AQSE: IES) (OTCQX: IESVF), a leading
global manufacturer of utility-grade energy
storage, announces that the Company's
Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or "the Meeting") will be held at the
Company's London offices at New Broad Street House, 35 New Broad
Street, London EC2M 1NH at 3.00 p.m. (UK Time) on Monday 29 July
2024. In addition to the formal business of the AGM, management
will give a brief presentation, which will be posted on the
Company's website after the event, and answer questions from
shareholders, which can be submitted in advance by emailing
ir@invinity.com.
Notice of the AGM containing further
information, along with the relevant form of proxy, will be posted
to Shareholders shortly and will be available for download via the
Company's
shareholder documents portal.
Voting
Shareholders are strongly encouraged
to appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as their proxy so that their
vote will be counted if ultimately they (or any other proxy they
might otherwise appoint) are not able to attend. Note that
submitting a proxy will not preclude Shareholders from attending
and voting at the AGM in person if they wish to do so.
Completed forms of proxy must be
scanned and emailed to #UKCSBRS.ExternalProxyQueries@computershare.co.uk
or submitted via post. Completed proxies must be
received by the registrar no later than 3.00 p.m. on Thursday 25
July 2024.
