Grant of Options

Intandem Films, the London based international film group, announces the grant today of options with an exercise price of 0.5 pence per share over a total of 37,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain Directors and employees (the "Options"). The Options are only first exercisable following the release of the first audited full year financial statements to include a reported profit before tax pre any share based payment expense, and also then subsequently subject to the following share price performance criteria:

25% of the Options vest when the closing mid share price reaches 1p;

25% of the Options vest when the closing mid share price reaches 3p; and

50% of the Options vest when the closing mid share price reaches 5p.

**Andrew Brown and Billy Hurman each have in addition 2,000,000 options which are exercisable at 0.84p and a further 2,000,000 options exercisable at 6p.

In addition, a total of 5,000,000 Options were granted to certain employees of the Company.

The total number of options now outstanding over Ordinary Shares is 46,250,000, representing 11.32 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
