The Board of In House Group plc was informed today that today Marcus Cassidy, 
the Chief Executive Officer, purchased 72,600 Ordinary Shares of 1p in the 
Company at 19p per share. 
 
Following his purchase Marcus Cassidy has a beneficial interest in a total of 
213,497 Ordinary Shares or 3.28% of the Company's issued share capital.
