Issue of Shares and Holdings in Company

Further to the announcement of 16 March 2011, the Company is pleased to announce the final allotment of the contingent shares resulting from the reverse acquisition of Baylon Holdings Ltd. The company will issue 154,400,846 ordinary shares, representing approximately half of the contingent consideration shares agreed for the acquisition which took place on 5 March 2010. The shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on 19 April 2011.

Total voting rights in the Company will be 839,012,790.
