The Company advises that, with effect from 6 April 2012, its Investment Management Agreement will be novated so that Ingenious Capital Management Limited ('ICML') will replace Ingenious Asset Management Limited ('IAML') as investment manager to the Company.

ICML, trading as Ingenious Ventures, will undertake the same duties as IAML and, save for the change of the name of the investment manager, there will be no other change to the terms of the Investment Management Agreement, including no change in personnel for the investment manager. ICML and IAML are both FSA approved subsidiaries of the Ingenious Media Holdings plc group. The reason for this change is to effect an administrative reorganisation within the Ingenious Group.
