The Company announces with immediate effect, the board appointment of Haresh
Damodar Kanabar, aged 49, as non-executive chairman.

Haresh Kanabar qualified as a certified accountant in 1986. Following a number
of finance positions with Fisons plc, Reed International Plc and Texas Homecare
Limited he became finance director of F E Barber Limited, a subsidiary of
Hillsdown Holdings Limited in 1994. In 1997 he was appointed group finance
director of Whitchurch Group Plc, which he left in May 1998 to become finance
director of TMV Finance Limited. In December 1999 he left to join Corvus Capital
Inc. as chief executive.



Haresh holds, or has in the last five years held, the following directorships

Haresh was a director of Greenfield Construction Group plc ("Greenfield") from
21 April 2004 until he resigned on 8 February 2006. Greenfield went into
administration on 10 November 2006.



No further information falls to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g)
of the AIM Rules for Companies. Haresh does not hold any interests in ordinary
shares in the Company.
