                               Additional Listing 
 
The Company announces that it has made application to the London Stock Exchange 
for one ordinary share of 0.6p of the Company ("Ordinary Share") to be admitted 
to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The one Ordinary Share has been issued to round 
up a fraction following the Capital Reorganisation of the Company passed on 26 
November 2009. 
 
It is expected that admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 26 April 
2010. 
 
With effect from 26 April 2010, the Company's issued voting share capital will 
consist of 124,081,373 Ordinary Shares. This is the denominator that should be 
used for any disclosures to be made of interests in, and changes of interests 
in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
