Directors' Dealings

Inspicio announces that on 8 February 2008 Mark Silver, a director of the
Company, exercised options over 99,999 Inspicio ordinary shares of 10p each
pursuant to the Company's EMI share option scheme.

In addition, options over a further 6,250,001 Inspicio ordinary shares of 10p
each have been exercised. Application has been made for the new ordinary shares
to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Following this exercise of options, Inspicio has 107,949,193 ordinary shares of
10p each in issue.
