Invu plc (INVU.L), (the "Company") the document management software provider, 
today announces that, on 19 May 2010 the Company received notification from 
Cayman National Nominees Limited  that following disposal of 8,000,000 ordinary 
shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") Cayman National Bank and Trust Company 
(Isle of Man) Limited acting as Trustee of the Selisik 2 Trust had on 12 
February 2010 decreased their voting rights in the company to 10,754,252 
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 6.58% of the Company's current issued 
share capital.
