Invu plc (INVU.L), (the "Company") the document management software provider, today announces that:

On 19 November 2010, the Company received notification from Cayman National Nominees Limited that following disposal of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 May 2010 and disposal of 9 754,252 Ordinary Shares on 17 November 2010, Cayman National Bank and Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited acting as Trustee of the Selisik 2 Trust had decreased their voting rights in the company to nil Ordinary Shares.

On 22 November 2010, the Company received notification from Mr D Morgan that following acquisition of 9,754,252 Ordinary Shares on 17 November 2010, he held 9,754,252 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 5.97% of the Company's current issued share capital.
