Director/PDMR Shareholding

INVU plc ("the Company"), the AIM listed document management software provider today announces that effective Friday 8(th) November 2013 its non-executive chairman, Daniel Goldman, has become interested in shares in the Company owned by Tyne & Wear Holdings Limited ("Tyne & Wear"). Tyne & Wear owns 25,571,216 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"). Tyne & Wear is an investment company owned by a trust. The trustees of the trust have notified the Company that they have nominated Mr Goldman as a potential beneficiary of the trust, creating a notifiable indirect beneficial interest for Mr Goldman in Tyne & Wear's holding of 15.2% of the Ordinary Shares in the Company.

The Company additionally announces that effective Friday 8(th) November 2013 its non-executive chairman, Daniel Goldman, has also become interested in shares in the Company owned by Magpie Investments Limited ("Magpie"). Magpie owns 3,176,948 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"). Magpie is an investment company owned by another trust. The trustees of this trust have notified the Company that they have nominated Mr Goldman as a potential beneficiary of the trust, creating a notifiable indirect beneficial interest for Mr Goldman in Magpie's holding of 1.9% of the Ordinary Shares in the Company.

As a result, Mr. Goldman has a holding (as defined in the AIM Rules for Companies) of 29,551,123 ordinary shares of the Company in aggregate representing 17.5 per cent. of the outstanding voting rights of the Company. This holding Comprises 5,000 Ordinary shares held directly in his own name, 797, 959 Ordinary Shares held in a joint account with his brother Mr A Goldman and the above 28,748,164 Ordinary Shares
