Proposed cancellation of trading on AIM

and result of General Meeting.

Further to the announcement of 1 November, Invu plc ("the Company"), the AIM listed document management software provider confirms that at the General Meeting held today, the resolution to apply for cancellation of the Company's listing on AiM (the "Cancellation")was approved.

Accordingly, it is expected that Cancellation will take effect at 7:00 a.m. on 2 December 2013.
