At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 24 February 2015 
shareholders approved the following resolutions: 
 
Ordinary Resolutions 
 
1. To receive the Directors' Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 
   31 March 2014; 
 
2. To re-elect Richard Barnes a Director of the Company; 
 
3. To re-elect Douglas Gardner a Director of the Company; 
 
4. To re-elect Angus Spencer-Nairn a Director of the Company; 
 
5. To re-elect Ian White a Director of the Company; 
 
6. To re-appoint the Auditor and authorise the Directors to determine the 
   Auditors' remuneration; 
 
The resolutions were all passed by show of hands.
