                    Imagesound Appoints New Finance Director


Imagesound plc (AIM: ISD), one of the UK's leading suppliers of in-store music,
radio and TV services to the branded retail and leisure sectors, today announces
the appointment of Ken Pratt as its new Group Finance Director. Ken will be
taking over the role from Martin Webster, who has resigned from the Company with
immediate effect.


Ken Pratt (56) is currently a financial consultant with KMP Enterprises Limited.
Until 2004, he was Finance Director of The Eton Group (Threadneedle Hotels).
Prior to this, Ken was Finance Director of Tom Cobleigh plc, a position which he
held from 1992-1998.


In addition, the company also announces that is has increased its overdraft
facility by #200k, secured against a personal guarantee from Executive Chairman
Derek Mapp. This brings the total bank facilities of the Company to #950k.


Commenting on the announcement, Derek Mapp, Executive Chairman of Imagesound,
said:


"I'm delighted that Ken has joined Imagesound. His PLC background and extensive
experience in the leisure industry will be of great benefit to the Company and I
look forward to working with him again. Ken replaces Martin Webster who has
presided over a testing eight month period. The Board wishes to thank Martin for
his contribution over this time."


There are no further disclosures required under para 6 (f) of Schedule 2 of the
AIM rules.
