is 3,906,000. 
 
The total number of UK Equity Shares of 1p each remaining in issue (excluding 
3,906,000 UK Equity Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 39,254,201. 
 
Hedge Fund Shares 
 
The Company announces that, on 19 July 2010, it repurchased 380,000 Hedge Fund 
shares of 1p each at 102.75p per share, to be held as Treasury shares.
