Correction : Dividend Declaration

The dividend declaration announcement released a few moments ago incorrectly 
stated the record date as 19 October 2011 (which is the ex-dividend date) and 
should have stated a record date of 21 October 2011. This corrects, all other 
details remain the same.

The Directors have declared first interim dividends for the year ending 31 May 
2012 as follows. These dividends are payable on 18 November 2011 to 
shareholders on the register on 21 October 2011.

With continued low interest rates prevailing in the period the net revenue of 
the Managed Liquidity Portfolio has been minimal and, in view of the 
administrative costs, the Directors have not declared a first interim dividend 
on the Managed Liquidity Shares. 
 
No dividend is payable on the Hedge Fund Shares.
