IMPLEMENTATION of BALANCED RISK strategy 
 
Following the announcement of 23 January 2012, the Directors are pleased to 
confirm timing of the implementation of the Balanced Risk strategy. 
 
With effect from 8 February 2012: 
 
  * The changes to the investment policy of the Hedge Fund Share class, as 
    approved by shareholders on 15 November, will be effective; 
 
  * Responsibility for managing the portfolio will pass to Invesco's Global 
    Asset Allocation team; 
 
  * The Hedge Fund Share class and corresponding portfolio will be known as the 
    Balanced Risk Share class and portfolio respectively; 
 
  * Net asset values for the Balanced Risk Share class will be calculated daily 
    and published the following day; and 
 
  * The ticker will change from IVPH to IVPB, but there will be no change to 
    the SEDOL or ISIN codes for the shares.
