JPMORGAN GLOBAL CONVERTIBLES INCOME FUND LIMITED

Further to the announcement on 11th July 2019, the Board of JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited (the 'Company') anticipates publishing a circular in connection with the Company's proposed liquidation (the 'Liquidation') by the end of September 2019, convening a general meeting to approve the Liquidation in late October 2019. The Liquidation may also include the option for shareholders to rollover some or all of their investment (the 'Proposals'). The portfolio managers will continue to invest in accordance with the Company's investment policy until the Liquidation.

As a consequence of the timing of the Proposals, the Company is not required, and does not intend, to publish the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30th June 2019, which should reduce ongoing charges and improve the liquidation position for shareholders.
