                                Legal Proceedings 
 
The Board of Jetion Solar (AIM:JHL), the manufacturer of high quality solar 
cells and modules, announces that it has recently  been served a writ claiming 
non-payment of US$2.7m relating to an alleged contract to purchase ERP software 
in early 2007. 
 
The Board believes the claim to be completely unfounded and legal counsel 
indicates  that  the Company has a strong case and is confident of success. 
 
In the trading update issued on 5 January 2010 the Company announced  that net 
profit for the year ended 31 December 2009 would be significantly ahead of 
market forecasts prevailing at that time. The Board remains confident that this 
statement  will be upheld.
