Posting of Annual Financial Report and AGM Notice

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Jupiter Asset Management Limited, 1 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7JJ on Wednesday, 2 April 2014 at 11.30 am.

In connection with this, copies of the following documents, which have today been posted to shareholders, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

1. The Company's audited Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 October 2013, which contains the Notice of AGM; and

   2.   The Form of Proxy 

A copy of the Annual Financial report will also be available to download from the Investment Manager's web site at www.jupiteronline.com.
