Posting of Shareholder Circular and Notices of ZDP Class Meeting and General Meetings

The Directors of the Company announce that a circular has been posted to Shareholders detailing proposals for a recommended scheme for the reorganisation and voluntary winding-up of Jupiter Second Split Trust PLC and containing notices convening a class meeting and two general meetings to be held on 29 September 2014, 30 September 2014 and 31 October 2014, respectively.

A copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, bear the meaning given to them in the circular dated 04 September 2014.
