Further to the announcements made on 30 October 2007 and 2 November 2007 of a
cash offer by Springfield ASA ("Springfield") for Jumpit ASA (the "Offer").

Jumpit ASA ("Jumpit") announces that the offer document containing the details
and conditions of the Offer (the "Offer Document") and the procedure for
acceptance have been posted to Jumpit shareholders today, together with the 
recommendation from the board of Jumpit.

The date for acceptances will be 16 November 2007 (for UK shareholders by 1.00
p.m. on 15 November 2007) and it is anticipated that payment shall take place on
or around 21 November 2007.

Copies of the Offer Document and the procedure for acceptance will be available
for collection by Jumpit Shareholders from Capita Registrars Corporate Actions,
The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 4TU during normal business
hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted) while the
Offer remains open for acceptance.
