Freezing of bank account

The Company announces that, on 23 October 2017, it received notice from Palace Engel Velaslavin a.s ("PEV"), a subsidiary company registered in the Czech Republic, that its bank account has been frozen in respect of balances up to EUR1 million.

The Company and PEV are seeking legal advice in respect of the circumstances relating to the freezing of the bank account and to seek to have it released.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
