NOTICE OF RESTORATION OF THE OFFICIAL LISTING ON A STOCK EXCHANGE

Following notification from the Financial Services Authority ("the FSA") that
it restores the securities* set out below to the Official List, the London
Stock Exchange ("the LSE") restores those securities to trading. The following
securities are, therefore, restored to official listing on the LSE with effect
from the time and date of this notice.

Following release of an announcement the suspension is lifted from 26/09/2001
10:20 AM.
